CANCELLATION POLICY

Life is very busy and sometimes totally unpredictable! I understand this wholeheartedly. Your time is very valuable, as is our team's time, especially with regarding our livelihood. With online booking, you will receive reminders of your scheduled services, as well as have direct access at your fingertips to managing/cancelling your appointments online promptly with ease... all the way up until the evening prior to even the earliest of appointments spots! The cancellation policy is now as follows: 100% cancellation fee (service price) for any No-shows / Cancellations within 12 hours of appointment time. This will be automatically charged through online booking. If card is not on file to charge, no future appointments will be booked until past due is paid. Arriving more than 15+ minutes late to an appointment time that results in a need for rescheduling (depending on my schedule flexibility at that moment and other guests respectful appointment times) will also result in a no show fee. In cases of true emergencies/sudden illness, you will have to reach out directly to the shop via shop phone/social media accounts ONLY regarding your situation. I will evaluate & proceed with what I deemed fair regarding the situation & issuing a refund/ waiving cancelation fee.
