Hometown Barbershop " Where Trend Meets Tradition". Located in the NEW Commercial Strip Center in New Salisbury- Visible from the stop light. We are just a few spaces over from the New Nopal! WALK-INS WELCOME DAILY (AS WE CAN AROUND APPS) DURING BUSINESS HOURS GENERAL BUSINESS HOURS TUE-FRI 10-6 SAT10-4 While most days we can accept walk-ins as our team grows, Feel free to book online or give us a call last minute to secure an appointment! Our Staff of 2 barbers & 3 (Soon to be 4) Men's stylists are all accepting new guests at this time. Please CALL the shop with any specific questions,ANY cancellations,or immediate concerns regarding booking. Emails are not checked daily- Do not cancel apps via email!!Questions will be answered as promptly as possible during business hours. CANCELLATION POLICY
Life is very busy and sometimes totally unpredictable! I understand this wholeheartedly. Your time is very valuable, as is our team's time, especially with regarding our livelihood. With online booking, you will receive reminders of your scheduled services, as well as have direct access at your fingertips to managing/cancelling your appointments online promptly with ease... all the way up until the evening prior to even the earliest of appointments spots! The cancellation policy is now as follows: We reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee (service price) for any No-shows orCancellations within less than 12 hours of appointment time ( You are able to cancel online up until 12 hours prior to your appointment). This will be automatically charged through online booking. If card is not on file to charge, no future appointments will be booked until past due is paid. Arriving more than 15+ minutes late to an appointment time that results in a need for rescheduling (depending on my schedule flexibility at that moment and other guests respectful appointment times) will also result in a no show fee. In cases of true emergencies/sudden illness, you will have to reach out directly to the shop via shop phone/social media accounts ONLY regarding your situation. I will evaluate & proceed with what I deemed fair regarding the situation & issuing a refund/ waiving cancelation fee or putting the cost towards a future appointment.
